How to find any brand's contact email
The hardest part of outreach is often just finding who to email. Brands bury the contact, route you to a form, or list a generic inbox. Here is where to look, in order.
Check the obvious pages
Start with the footer and the About, Contact, and Press pages. Brands that want partnerships often list a press@, partnerships@, or collabs@ address there. Press pages in particular tend to have a real human contact.
Look for partnerships or creator pages
Bigger brands sometimes have a dedicated influencer, ambassador, or partnerships page with an application form or a direct email. Search the site for "creator", "ambassador", or "partnerships".
Use the contact form as a fallback
If there is only a form, use it, but keep your pitch just as specific. Mention you are a creator interested in a collaboration so it gets routed correctly.
Try socials and the team
A polite DM to the brand's account, or finding the marketing or social lead on LinkedIn, can beat a generic inbox. Personalize it the same way you would an email.
Let CollabQuill find it for you
Paste a brand's website and CollabQuill reads the whole site and pulls out every email, social handle, phone number and contact form, ranked by who is most likely to reply, then writes the pitch to go with it.
Skip the blank page.
