These terms govern your use of CollabQuill ("the service", "we", "us"). By using CollabQuill you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You give us a brand's website. We read its public pages, surface ways to contact the brand, and use AI to draft an outreach pitch you can edit. CollabQuill produces drafts only. It does not send email on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing, personalizing and sending anything yourself.
Pitches, brand summaries and extracted contact details are generated or inferred by automated systems and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always verify contact details and claims before you rely on or send anything. We make no guarantee that any pitch will get a reply or result in a collaboration.
Some features require an account, handled by our provider Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account.
CollabQuill offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro generations use a more powerful AI model and unlock contact details, follow-ups, collaboration strategy and web research. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You keep ownership of the details you enter and the brand URLs you submit. You grant us the licence needed to process them to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain and analyze data about outreach and collaborations, including in aggregated or de-identified form, to improve the product and help users make better collaboration decisions.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of outreach you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
